This library, located on the first floor
of the Learning Center, offers a wide selection of online databases, including
EbscoHost and GaleNET, which may be used on site. Assistance with reference
and research is available. Twenty-two computers
offer Internet access, while two are available for CD-ROMs.

Residents of Otero Count may obtain library cards at no charge. A driver’s license or other picture ID is required. Those patrons with out-of-state licenses will need two other documents displaying local address.

New Mexico residents may obtain an NMSU Library Guest Card by providing proof of current address. To support the school’s graduate programs in Business Administration and in Counseling and Educational Psychology, the Library offers many resources useful to the Troy student.
Library services are offered from two library locations on the NMSU campus. Business and Science collections are located in Branson Hall, while Social Sciences and Education are in Zuhl Library. Be sure to park in designated Visitor Parking space between 7:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. on weekdays. At all other times, visitors may use any regular parking space.

Students wishing to use this Library may obtain a community borrower’s card. A driver’s license or other form of ID is necessary to establish a card and for future checkouts. Using Library Express, a student may that request materials from the NMSU Library be sent to this library for check out.

Upon presentation of a
photo ID, adult residents of Dona Ana County may obtain a library card
from this public library. Individuals resident outside of the county having
a valid card from their New Mexico library may also apply for a free card
from the Branigan Library.
Besides a collection of
print resources, Branigan Library also offers access to such databases
as ProQuest Direct, Business Source Elite, and the Health Reference Center.
